Automated alerts for rolling number requirements
"Many of our existing enterprise clients have multiple cids, so some cids have 20 rolling numbers and some have 2. usually the quantity of numbers are scoped out at the time of sale and there is no easy to review this (other than asking you to run it in the back end for calculating, or manually setting up alerts). Also since our focus is going to be enterprise clients I think this is really necessary to develop some type of flagging so we know if sessions have increased and more numbers are required to service the traffic.
So I was thinking if we can have a flagging system or "insights" that compare all volumes over a period. so, for example, we are able to choose a range "weekly/monthly" where we compare call volumes and show "spikes or dips" and against "sessions "within our reporting?
this would be really helpful especially for enterprise client. if it's a big strain on the system resource maybe allow to enable for certain MIDs only?"
