Customise page view links

One of our partner's customers Finder.com.au would like to see their data in GA which we're doing, however, it's not currently possible to customise page view links for offline events. Do you think with a larger volume of calls this is something that could be developed? Their requirement is to pass across the same URL for each CID as what's programmed into the GA integration for each respective number.
