Why do I receive calls unrelated to my business?

It may happen that a Delacon number receives calls that are not intended for your business. All Delacon numbers undergo a rigorous quarantining process before they are made available for re-use, which is outlined here. Despite this, the number may still receive unrelated calls.
 

Common reasons might be: 

• The tracking number is still advertised by a business that previously used the number.
• The tracking number is wrongly advertised by another business.
• A 3rd party is wrongly transferring calls to the Delacon number.
• The Delacon number is targeted by Spam/Scam callers.

• The caller misdialed the number.
