Introduction
This guide outlines the steps to integrate Delacon call data with your HubSpot account. Delacon's native integration will automatically create new contacts in your HubSpot CRM and provide associated calltracking data.
Prerequisites
- You will need a HubSpot account with admin access.
- Contact Delacon Support or your Account Manager to enable the integration. You will need to complete a request form that authorises Delacon to send call data into HubSpot.
- This integration carries a monthly charge.
- At this stage, all data fields will need to be mapped as custom properties (Step 1).
Notes
Since HubSpot requires an email to create new contacts, Delacon's integration will create a dummy email address consisting of the caller's phone number + @delacon.io - eg. 0400999999@delacon.io. We recommend retaining this email address within the contact, as it will assist with matching repeat calls to the existing contact.
